How long does shipping take?
Orders within Czechia are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. EU orders take 3–5 business days depending on the destination country and carrier.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available on orders above a certain threshold, depending on your country and chosen shipping method. You'll see the free shipping threshold during checkout.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to return unused products in their original packaging. See our full return policy for details.
How should I prepare matcha?
Sift 1–2 grams of matcha into a warm bowl, add 70–80 ml of water at about 80°C, and whisk briskly with a chasen (bamboo whisk) in a W-motion until frothy. For a latte, use less water and top with steamed milk.
