Return policy
You may return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Czech consumer protection law. To initiate a return, contact us at info@ensolife.eu with your order number.
Refund process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.
Exceptions
Food products (tea, matcha) cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene regulations. Damaged or defective items are always eligible for return or replacement — please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
