Providing the data necessary to process an order (name, address, contact) is a contractual requirement — without it we are unable to process and deliver the order.

Order data: for the duration of the contractual relationship and for a further 3 years after its termination, for the purposes of handling any complaints Accounting and tax documents: 10 years from the end of the tax period in which the transaction took place (Accounting Act, Tax Code) Data processed on the basis of consent (marketing): until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 3 years from the granting of consent/last contact Cookies: according to individual types — see the Cookie Policy
