Hojibucha is our personal fusion of two traditions: gently roasted Japanese hojicha tea and a living culture. Through roasting, hojicha loses its bitterness and instead offers a warm, nutty flavor with a subtle caramel note. That's what blends with the gentle sparkle and light tang of kombucha. Great on its own, over ice, or as a low-sugar alternative to soft drinks and alcohol.
